3.2 Service Availability

While we aim for continuous access, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
Temporary service interruptions do not qualify for refunds

3.3 Course Access and Usage

Course access duration is clearly mentioned at the time of enrollment
Access is limited to personal, non-commercial use only
Simultaneous logins may be restricted
Course content may be updated, revised, or removed at our discretion

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
Prices may change without prior notice
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and validity
Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per Indian law
Payment gateway charges are borne by the customer

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways
Transactions are securely processed via third-party providers
Failed or reversed payments may lead to suspension of access

4.3 Subscription Plans (If Applicable)

Subscriptions may be monthly, quarterly, or annual
Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before renewal
Access continues until the end of the billing cycle

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Non-Refundable Situations

5.3 Cancellation by Usthadian Academy

We may cancel courses due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All platform content is the exclusive property of Usthadian Academy, including videos, lectures, notes, study materials, logos, branding, software, assessments, and test questions.

6.2 License to Users

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access content strictly for personal educational use during the active access period.

6.3 Restrictions

You must not record, copy, distribute, resell, modify, or reproduce content
Sharing account access is prohibited and may lead to termination
Content must not be used for commercial purposes
Copyright notices must not be removed
Reverse-engineering platform technology is prohibited

6.4 Copyright Complaints

For copyright concerns, email admin@usthadian.com with proof of ownership. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

7. User Conduct

7.1 Acceptable Use

Respect instructors and fellow learners
Provide genuine feedback
Maintain account security

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not harass, abuse, or threaten others
Upload offensive or illegal content
Commit fraud or misuse payments
Attempt unauthorized system access
Disrupt platform operations

7.3 Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent termination without refund, or legal proceedings.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting content such as comments, reviews, or assignments, you grant Usthadian Academy the right to use, display, modify, and moderate such content for educational or promotional purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

9.1 Educational Disclaimer

Courses are provided for educational guidance only
No guarantees of exam results or career outcomes
Individual effort determines success

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Usthadian Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond fees paid in the last six months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Usthadian Academy against claims arising from misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools or services. Usthadian Academy is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Termination

Users may terminate accounts by contacting admin@usthadian.com. Upon termination, access ceases immediately and refunds are not applicable.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India
Disputes are subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
Jurisdiction shall be Tamil Nadu, India

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement
