This policy is in place because our digital learning content becomes instantly accessible and downloadable after purchase, and once accessed, it cannot be revoked.

2. Valid Refund Scenarios (From Our Side Only)

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

Verified technical issues that permanently prevent access to the purchased course
(Our technical team will first attempt to resolve the issue and ensure access is provided.)

Course cancellation by Usthadian Academy

No other reasons will be accepted for refund requests.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase
Lack of time or interest
Course partially or fully accessed
Internet or device-related issues at the user’s end
Free courses, trial content, or bonus materials
Promotional or discounted offers

4. How to Request a Refund

How will the refund be credited?

Refunds will be made to the original payment method:

Credit / Debit Card → Same card
UPI / Net Banking → Same bank account
Wallet → Same wallet

Refund processing: 7–10 business days
Bank settlement time: additional 5–7 business days
Total expected time: up to 15–17 business days

Refund Amount

Full course fee will be refunded
Payment gateway charges (2–3%) may be deducted
GST will be refunded strictly as per applicable tax laws

6. Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel a course after purchase?

No.
Once a course is purchased, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

If Usthadian Academy Cancels a Course

You will receive a full refund automatically
Refund will be processed within 7 business days
Alternatively, you may opt for course credit toward another program

Technical Issues from Our Side

We will attempt to resolve issues within 48 hours
If unresolved:

You may request a full refund, or
Opt for an extended access period

Free courses are not eligible for refunds
